DUE DILIGENCE

Over the years we have conducted several due diligence audit engagements in connection with the acquisition of medium and large size businesses operating in various industries in Canada and the United States.

Some of our engagements entailed specific assignments relating to an operational analysis of the target business to ensure its future profitability. As a result of the work we performed, we were instrumental in some cases in securing a price adjustment favourable to our clients.

We have assisted our clients in the drafting of letters of intent and offers to purchase. We have set out for them the steps, the timing and the priorities to follow in the process as well as the conditions to be met in completing the proposed transactions. Furthermore, we have managed and coordinated the work performed by specialists involved in some of our engagements as well as acted as liaison between the seller and the investor.
