SALARY AND BENEFITS

Each year, ACTH reviews the data from several surveys of wages and salaries. Base salaries, performance bonuses and employee benefits are compared with those of other firms. Occasionally, ACTH takes part in specific surveys to ensure fairness.

Salaries offered to Firm members are based on going market rates, increased or decreased according to performance, progress and experience, in accordance with the Firm's wage schedule. In addition, the Firm offers a competitive benefits package including:
